Authorities Use Extreme Force Against Citizens in Ottawa
After weeks of protests in Ottawa and other major Canadian cities, law enforcement agents in riot gear have begun using batons, pepper spray, firearms, and horses to force demonstrators off the streets. There have allegedly been arrests, but many of those arrested stated they were dropped off outside town — often after being assaulted by police during the “arrest” — because there was nothing the LEOs could charge them with. These are silencing tactics normally seen in dictatorships.
The citizens were peacefully demonstrating against the slew of mandates and the loss of freedoms they have suffered during the past two years of lockdowns. Trudeau, the Canadian PM, refuses to meet with the people.
Pray for leaders to act wisely. Pray for representatives to represent the will of the citizens instead of that of the highest bidder. Pray for justice to be done. Pray for LEOs to remember their oaths. Pray for freedom to prevail. Pray for sanity to return. Pray for courage. Pray for an end to greed and corruption. Pray for the protection of the innocent. Pray for repentance.
