Tensions Between Taiwan and China Worsen as China Increases Military Might
The CCP is pushing for more weapons development as China aims to create a “world-class” military capable of going toe to toe with other military giants. This is only worsening tensions between Taiwan and China. China seeks to assimilate its neighbor.
Taiwan has also been in the news recently due to its role in the global computer chip and transistor shortage. Taiwan makes the vast majority of these components worldwide.
