Manafort Trial Set for July 25th in Alexandria VA

Judge TS Ellis Rejects Motion for Change of Venue

Paul Manafort’s motion to move his trial from the politically charged Alexandria VA to Roanoke VA has been rejected. The trial will proceed as planned on July 25th. None of the charges relate to President Trump (some from early as 2005), though all stem from the Mueller probe. Mr. Manafort has been in solitary confinement in jail since early June without a conviction.

This trial’s outcome not only will decide if Mr. Manafort will spend the rest of his life in prison, it will decide if the US’s judicial system and its highest arm of law enforcement are capable of giving a fair trial.

Pray for the truth to come out. Pray for a just and fair trial. Pray for an unbiased hearing of the facts. Pray for the wisdom of the lawyers and judge.
