Court Will Hear Mississippi Case
After eight months of deliberation, the Supreme Court has decided to hear a case that challenges a Mississippi law that bans abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. This is a rare opportunity to challenge decades of precedent after Roe v. Wade in 1973. That court, not the legislature, made the decision that opened the flood gates to abortion. Since then, the culture has become more and more supportive of abortion.
Pray for people to value life. Pray for the culture to view unborn babies as people, not tissue. Pray for people to value the sanctity of marriage. Pray for people to turn to God and away from promiscuity. Pray for people to take their responsibility as parents seriously. Pray for repentance. Pray for an end to corrupt systems.
