Court to Hear Arguments Regarding Vax Mandate
In late 2021, the Biden Admin ordered OSHA to enforce vax mandates on companies with over 100 employees. The case is now before the Supreme Court. Justices are arguing over if the Federal government, namely OSHA, has the authority to force employees to have a medical procedure as a condition of employment. Such a requirement is “unprecedented” in US history.
The mandate has led to mass firings that worsen labor shortages, medical care concerns, and supply chain issues.
